What happens when you call
You reach a person, not a call centre. Tell us the property type, roughly what needs cleaning and where you are on Long Island, and we will usually come out for a look the same day or the next. Most estimates take ten minutes on site. You get a straight number with no pressure to book on the spot, and nothing starts until you say yes.
Where we work
Power washing Long Island means the whole island for us. In Nassau County that includes West Hempstead, Hempstead, Garden City, Franklin Square, Valley Stream, Lynbrook, Rockville Centre, Mineola, Elmont, Baldwin, Merrick and Bellmore. In Suffolk County we regularly work in Huntington, Babylon, Smithtown, Islip, Commack, Melville, Deer Park and Bay Shore. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask — the answer is usually yes.
When to get in touch
Spring and early summer are our busiest months, when winter grime and green algae show up on siding and pavers. Autumn is the right time for gutters, after the oaks and maples drop. Mini-split AC cleaning is best done before you rely on the system in July. Booking a week or two ahead gets you the slot you want; emergencies and pre-sale cleanups we fit in wherever we can.
Hours
We answer the phone Sunday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, and are closed Saturdays. Messages left outside those hours get a reply the next working morning.
